Support & dataWhat is actually promised
Support should be specific enough to hold us to it.
No vague 24/7 badge and no promise of zero downtime. The proposal and agreement name the people, hours, response targets, dependencies and data process for your venue.
SupportFounder-led, bounded
A direct route, with expectations in writing.
- Direct contact
- The venue receives a direct support route to the person responsible for the build. There is no claim of a 24/7 call centre.
- Written expectations
- Support hours, urgent-contact method, response targets, maintenance and any excluded work are written into the customer agreement.
- First weeks
- Launch support and team training are included in the agreed rollout so issues are found while the workflow is still fresh.
- Third-party incidents
- Stripe, hosting, internet, email, SMS, courier and hardware services have their own availability and terms. We help isolate the problem but do not represent their service as ours.
DataWhat the venue keeps
Current exports and a defined exit.
- Orders
- Order records can be exported as CSV from the operations or owner interface.
- Customers
- Customer exports are available for records the venue is permitted to use, including consent and opt-out state where applicable.
- Worked hours
- Approved time-clock and payroll-preparation records can be exported in an Excel-compatible CSV.
- Offboarding
- The agreement defines notice, the requested final exports, delivery format, timing and any separately scoped migration work.
Ownership boundary
The venue owns its customer and operational data. Central Pass retains the reusable platform, methods and source code and licenses the agreed system under the customer agreement. Venue brand material remains the venue's property.
Current scopeNo hidden assumptions
Check the boundary before checking the feature list.
Central Pass does not automatically replace a POS, accounting package, payroll processor, courier network or internet connection. Exact hardware and provider compatibility is tested during discovery.

Put the support questions in the first conversation.
Tell us which service hours matter, what currently fails and which existing systems cannot be disrupted. Those constraints belong in the scope, not in fine print after launch.
Single-venue build $2,500-$6,000 Typical single-venue range. The exact scope, price, third-party costs and any applicable GST are shown in writing before work begins.
