PlatformWhat you get

A system built around how you work.

Every Central Pass deployment is designed and built from scratch for one venue. These are the parts we already know well: a starting point, not a fixed menu.

Website and ordering

A storefront built for your venue.

Not a template with your logo dropped in. Your colours, your type, your photography, and an ordering flow designed around how people actually order from you.

  • Full menu with sizes, add-ons and dietary tags
  • Card payment via Stripe, plus pay-in-store cash
  • Pickup and delivery slots tied to your live hours
  • Works as well on a phone at a bus stop as on a desktop

Staff, availability and time clock

Availability and worked hours stop living in spreadsheets.

Role-based access so people see only what they need, availability collected from the team, and a time clock that feeds straight into payroll preparation.

  • Availability submitted by staff, visible to the owner
  • Clock in and out on the floor
  • Hours totalled per person for payroll
  • Access levels per role

Reporting and customers

You keep the customer.

What sold, when, and to whom, held in your system rather than by a delivery platform that rents the relationship back to you.

  • Revenue and average order value by day and hour
  • Repeat customers and order history
  • Promotions and discount codes
  • CSV exports for orders, opted-in customers and approved hours

    Everything elseThe details that matter

And the parts that only come up once you're running.

    Payments
Stripe for card, plus cash on pickup. Payouts go to your account, not ours.
    Printing
Compatible Epson ESC/POS and Star printers over a tested network connection; supported Linux/Raspberry Pi USB setups. Exact hardware is confirmed before quoting.
    Hours
Trading hours, special days and public holidays, with an override for when plans change.
    Delivery
Direct pickup is supported. Courier or third-party delivery work is separately scoped and never presented as built in until tested.
    Hosting
Each venue gets its own deployment and its own database. Your data is not pooled with anyone else’s.
    Support
You have a direct route to the Central Pass studio during the support hours and response targets in your agreement.

    CompatibilityCurrent boundaries

What works now, what is scoped, and what stays separate.

This is the public source of truth. A proposal narrows it to the exact hardware, providers and workflows tested for one venue.

    Supported now

    Payments
Stripe card payments to the venue account, plus pay-in-store cash where enabled.
    Receipt printing
Compatible Epson ESC/POS or Star printers over TCP; supported Linux/Raspberry Pi USB setups.
    Venue data exports
Orders, opted-in customers, and approved time-clock/payroll-preparation CSV exports.
    Bookings
Native booking records can sit beside orders and customer records when included in scope.

    Scoped before build

    Existing POS
Reviewed during discovery. Integration or replacement is never assumed.
    Delivery
Pickup is native; courier or third-party delivery work is separately scoped.
    Hardware
Exact printer, tablet, network and connection are tested before being promised.
    Data migration
Menus and existing records are assessed for format, quality and setup effort.

    Not included by default

    Accounting
Central Pass does not replace accounting software.
    Payroll processing
The platform prepares approved hours for export; it does not run payroll or make payments.
    Full POS replacement
In-person POS scope must be agreed explicitly.
    Marketplace integrations
No marketplace or courier integration is advertised until it is implemented and tested.

If your venue needs something that isn't here, it goes in the brief.

Loyalty, memberships, catering and large orders, function bookings, multi-site menus, a workflow nobody else has. Tell us the outcome you need and we will scope it honestly, including telling you when it isn't worth building.

Tell us what your ideal system should do.

Bring the bottlenecks and the manual workarounds, not a technical specification. We will show you a live build, map the practical scope, and put the phases in writing.

Single-venue build $2,500-$6,000 Typical single-venue range. The exact scope, price, third-party costs and any applicable GST are shown in writing before work begins.
