Privacy policy

This policy explains the limited personal information collected through this website, why it is used, who helps process it and how to contact us about it.

Detail8 sections

01

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, venue, email address, optional phone number, request type and message you choose to provide. Our hosting and security providers may also process standard technical information such as browser, device, request time and IP address to deliver and protect the site.

02

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising cookies or track you across other sites. Production hosting may provide aggregated traffic and performance measurements. If a separate browser analytics service is enabled, this policy and the site security configuration will be updated before it is used.

03

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, arrange a call or demonstration, assess fit, prepare a proposal and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal information or use an enquiry to add someone to an unrelated marketing list.

04

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. so they can be delivered to us. Formspree states that information may be processed in the United States and other countries where it operates. Website hosting and security providers may also process technical request data on our behalf. Their own privacy terms apply to those services.

05

Disclosure and overseas processing

We disclose information only where it is needed to operate the enquiry and hosting services, obtain professional advice, comply with law or protect the service. Formspree is the principal overseas form processor currently used by this website. We do not publish or sell enquiry details.

06

Security and retention

We limit access to enquiry records and use service providers that support encrypted web connections. Enquiries are reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer needed for the conversation, a proposal, a customer agreement or a legal obligation. No internet service can promise absolute security.

07

Retention and access

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer required. We will acknowledge a privacy request or complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days.

08

Contact and complaints

For a privacy question, access or correction request, or complaint, email contact@centralpass.au. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
