StudioWho you're hiring

A small studio in Adelaide.

Central Pass is not a platform with a sales team. It is a studio that designs and builds one venue system at a time, for venues within driving distance of the person building it.

Founder, and the person who builds it

Hiranya Agarwal

I design and build these systems myself. That means the person who sits in your venue during discovery is the person who writes the code, tests it through a real service, and remains the direct technical contact under the support arrangement in your agreement.

It also means I take on a small number of venues at a time. If you want a system that is genuinely shaped around your operation, that is the trade: fewer clients, more attention, and no account manager between you and the build.

CommitmentsWhat you can hold us to

Four things, in writing.

These are not marketing lines. If we break one of them, hold us to it.

  1. 01

A written scope before we start

Phases, inclusions and a fixed price, agreed before development begins. No open-ended hourly billing.

  2. 02

    You own your data

Current CSV exports cover orders, opted-in customers and approved time-clock or payroll-preparation records. The agreement defines the final export and offboarding process.

  3. 03

    We say no to things

If a feature will not pay for itself in your venue, we will tell you that rather than quote it.

  4. 04

You get a person, not a queue

You get a direct route to the person who built the system, within the support hours and response targets written into your agreement.

Where things standRight now

  • Live 1 venue running on Central Pass
  • In development 2 further builds
  • Taking on New venues for the next quarter

We would rather tell you we are full than take your money and be slow. If the timing does not work, we will say so on the first call.

Come and have the first conversation.

No obligation and no charge. We look at how your venue runs, tell you honestly whether we can improve it, and put a number on it if we can.

Single-venue build $2,500-$6,000 Typical single-venue range. The exact scope, price, third-party costs and any applicable GST are shown in writing before work begins.
